What? Judging by that screen cap, Claire goes with the soldiers. I thought for sure she’d stay with the MacKenzie clan and Dougal would take her to the British. Isn’t that what happens in the book? I wonder if it will still be Dougal who rescues her from Black Jack after Jack punches Claire, like in the book. I thought for sure she’d stay with the clansmen.

Dougal took her to meet with BJR in the book before the wedding had to take place. This is that meeting it seems different catalyst in young McBaby Handsomeness Lt it appears.

Yes, I realize it’s “that” meeting, but the British military escort wasn’t in the book. Not sure I like them straying from that, but the outcome is going to be the same. “McBaby Handsomeness Lt” LOL Good one.
