I am very pleased to have Theresa Carle-Sanders, the chef behind Outlander Kitchen on the podcast today. She has been offering up Outlander inspired dishes since 2011. Inspired by the events, characters, and culinary delights within the books, she brings forth delicious, interesting, and achievable dishes for fans to enjoy in their own kitchens. She has recipes for every occasion. Along with her own popular website, she was a contributor to the Outlandish Companion Volume II (The Diet and Cookery of 18th Century Highlanders), has made numerous radio appearances, and has been featured on blogs and internationally read websites. To kick off the June 14th release of Outlander Kitchen: The Official Outlander Companion Cookbook, Theresa will be making several public appearances.
She is a fount of excellent information with a strong wit. I hope you enjoy listening to her as much as I had talking with her.
Be on the lookout for a review of the recipes and the cookbook to come.

Thanks for the interview; I wish I cooked. Good luck with the book and tour. Maybe you can publish a recipe a week, give us noncookers a push!
