Voyager Podcast Series
Chapter 29-31
“It’s All Business,” for our favorite characters in this week’s Voyager read along. Only days into her return trip to Edinburgh, Claire resumes her doctoring practice. Jamie is working through the loss of his print shop and the smuggling conundrum he finds himself in. As if no time had passed at all, Claire and Jamie appear to be in lockstep together. There’s certain to be trouble ahead because all cannot be as it appears. Twenty years have passed and important information has yet been revealed to Claire.
Young Ian is on the precipice of becoming a man, brothel not withstanding. He’s on a mission to no longer be considered a boy. Soon he will be home and the piper will require payment for his running away.
There are several plot lines and characters in play in these chapters. Keep your eye on the natural philosopher, Sir Percival, Fergus, and… There’s so much more to come.
