Explanations, a Lawyer, and Treasure Sought Voyager Week 14

This week’s Voyager read along installment, “Explanations, a Lawyer, and Ian Lost,” leads to the problems Jamie and Claire, Jamie and Jenny, Claire and Jamie, Jamie and Laoghaire have all being resolved. Mind you these are no easy tasks and it takes place through difficult conversations, listening with more than the ears alone, and two visitors representing Laoghaire’s interests resulting in a settlement.

After the affairs are in order and relationships back on course, there’s a failed quest to retrieve some of the Seal Island treasure to pay off Laoghaire MacKenzie. It’s a failure as the treasure is being retrieved by someone else when Young Ian reaches the island. He is knocked out and captured, then taken out to sea on an unknown ship.

Jamie and Claire are going to France to seek cousin Jared’s help in solving the mystery of the ship and to embark on their journey to find Young Ian and rescue him.

This is where the adventure really begins.
